Use of platelet rich fibrin in treatment of medication related osteonecrosis of the jaws
Abstract:
Disertační práce se zabývá medikamentózně podmíněnými osteonekrózami čelistních kostí. Shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o etiopatogenezi, prevenci a léčbě tohoto onemocnění. Hlavním cílem bylo zhodnocení výsledků léčby medikamentózně podmíněných osteonekróz při chirurgickém odstranění nekrotické kosti a lokální aplikaci fibrinu bohatého na destičky
Abstract:
The object of dissertation is medication related osteonecrosis of the jaws. We summarised actual knowledges about aetiopathogenesis, prevention a treatment of this disease. The main goal was to evaluate treatments outcomes of surgical resection of necrotic bone with adjuvant application of platelet rich fibrin.
