Investment decision making of the company Skiareál Špindlerův Mlýn a.s.

Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o investičním rozhodování společnosti Skiareál Špindlerův Mlýn a.s. V úvodu práce je teoretické část o investicích, investičním rozhodování a kritériích hodnocení investic. Dále se jsou zde také informace o zdrojích financování investiční činnosti. V druhé kapitole je popsána společnost Skiareál Špindlerův Mlýn a.s. Její historie, politika, vlastnická struktura a rozbor hospodaření od vzniku společnosti. Třetí kapitola se týká okolí podniku, hlavně konkurence a zákazníků. Ve čtvrté kapitole vymezuji oblasti investic a zdroje financování v praxi u společnosti Skiareál a.s. Dále je zde rozbor největších investic za dobu existence společnosti a je naznačen plán dalšího rozvoje.

Abstract:

This paper is about investment decision of company Skiareál Špindlerův Mlýn a.s. In outset is theoretical part about investments, investment decisions and criteria assessments of investments. Further is there information about sources of investing the investments. In second chapter is description of company Skiareál Špindlerův Mlýn a.s. It's history, politics, ownership structure and economic analysis since floatation of the company. Third chapter is about company's environment, primarily about competition and customers. In fourth chapter I'm writing about sorts of investments and financial sources in praxis in company Skiareál a.s. There is analysis of the biggest investments of the company and there are plans of future development
