Orientation and adaptation of the new employees in the SME

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se týká procesu orientace a adaptace zaměstnanců. Tyto procesy hrají důležitou roli v obchodním řetězci. První a druhá kapitola nabídnou teoretické poznatky, které jsem čerpala z dosud známých zdrojů. Třetí kapitola je o procesu adaptace zaměstnanců a čtvrtá kapitola nabízí návrhy na zlepšení adaptace a orientace zaměstnanců v obchodním řetězci. Hlavní část je založena na mém pozorování, analýze a pohovorech. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout vhodná opatření k případnému zlepšení způsobů realizace zkoumaných problémů v praxi obchodního řetězce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis concerns, the process of orientation and adaptation of the empoyees. These processes play an important role in the International Company. The first and second chapter provide a theoretical knowledge that I drew from known resources. The third chapter is a process of adaptation of workers and the fourth chapter offers suggestions to improve the adaptation and orientation of employees in the retail chain. The main part of the work is based on my own observation, analysis and interviews. The main aim of the thesis was to propose appropriate measures to imrpove the eventual implementation methods examined problems in practice retail chain.
