Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o navrhování a posuzování složení betonové směsi podle váhového zastoupení jednotlivých složek. Pro zpracování literární rešerše byla při sběru dat použita analýza dokumentů, především odborných knih a článků v elektronické podobě, konzultace s vedoucím práce, rozhovor s vedoucím Prefy v Plané nad Lužnicí a metoda pozorování, která posloužila k získání zajímavých poznatků z betonárny. Hodnocení zjištěných dat probíhalo pomocí metody komparace, kdy byly porovnávány a vyhodnocovány různé návrhy betonových směsí, a metoda dedukce, která na praktických příkladech návrhů betonových směsí ověřila teoretické znalosti. Byly provedeny 3 návrhy a jejich úkolem bylo stanovit hmotnostní poměry mísení základních složek, tzn. cementu, kameniva a vody na 1 m3 hotového betonu. Pro výpočet byla zvolena Kennedyho metoda. Vstupní údaje u všech návrhů byly téměř totožné. Výsledky jednotlivých návrhů odhalily, jak změna poměrů frakcí a měrné a sypné hmotnosti kameniva ovlivní konečné dávkování všech složek. Jako příklad z praxe je uveden protokol o zkoušení betonu vyráběný společností HOCHTIEF CZ a. s.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design and assessment of concrete mix composition according to the weight for the individual components. When gathering the data for processing of literature review document analysis was done, especially technical books and articles in electronic form, consultation with the thesis supervisor, an interview with the head of Prefa in Planá nad Lužnicí and the method of observation, which was used to obtain interesting findings from the concrete plant. Evaluation of collected data was performed by the comparative method, when various proposals of concrete mixes were compared and evaluated, and the method of deduction that verified theoretical knowledge on practical examples of design of concrete mixes. Three proposals were made and their task was to determine the mass mixing ratios of basic components, cement, aggregate and water for 1 m3 of ready-mixed concrete. For the calculation the Kennedy's method was chosen. The input data were nearly identical for all the proposals. Results of individual proposals revealed how a change in fraction ratio and density and apparent density of aggregates affects the final dosage of all components. Protocol on testing of concrete produced by HOCHTIEF CZ a. s. is given as a practical example.
