The bachelor thesis deals with the topic called SPECT/CT imaging of tumors with somatostatin receptors and is performed in the department of nuclear medicine. The theoretical part introduces the field of nuclear medicine, radiation protection, instrumentation, methods of imaging tumors with somatostatin receptors and a description of these tumors.
