Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou výrobního procesu ve vybrané společnosti. Výsledkem analýzy jsou navržena opatření, která vedou ke zlepšení výrobního procesu. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the production process in a selected company. The result of the analysis is the proposal of measures that lead to the improvement of the production process. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts.
