Study of composite materials on a basis of epoxy resins and carbon fibers

Abstract:

Práce se v teoretické části zabývá druhy, definicí a dělením kompozitů. Uvádí rozdílné typy výztuží a matric, se zaměřením na epoxidové matrice a uhlíková vlákna. Déle uvádí příklady úpravy povrchu vláken a rozdílného uspořádání vláken. V experimentální části se věnuje porovnání různých druhů uhlíkových tkanin. Jmenovitě Stan-dardní uhlíkové tkaniny, tkaniny ze speadovanými prameny a jednosměrné pásy uhlíku. Na kompozitech, připravených z těchto tkanin byly provedeny mechanické zkoušky.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with, types, definition and sorting of the composite. It lists different kinds of reinforcements and matrixes, focusing on epoxy matrix and carbon fiber. Next, the thesis illustrates examples of surface treatment and different fiber arrange-ments. In the experimental part, the thesis deals with comparing of different types of carbon fibers. Namely standard carbon fabrics, fabrics with spreading strands and one-way carbon bands. Mechanical experiments were performed on composites prepared out of these fabrics.
