Reform of the electoral system in Poland 2001 - reasons, goals and their achievements
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá analýzou reformy volebního zákona v Polsku, která byla uskutečněna v roce 2001 a která zásadním způsobem ovlivnila politický vývoj v Polsku. Popisuje jak příčiny, které vedly ke změně stávajícího volebního systému, tak i důsledky, jež tato reforma vyvolala v polském stranickém systému.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to examine the reform of polish electoral system that came about in 2001. Polish political environment and further development of polish political scene changed rapidly when the reform came into place. The diploma thesis focus on causes which led to the change of polish voting system as well as the consequences that came after the reform was introduced.
