Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce si pokládá za cíl seznámit Vás s pojmem motivace a motivační teorie. Tento pojem je nezbytnou součástí vedení lidí a využívají jej manažeři a personalisté v různých společnostech. Jedná se o nedílnou součást řízení každé společnosti, protože právě zaměstnanci jsou nejcennějším zdrojem každé společnosti. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsán význam slova motivace, dále model procesu motivace, jaké jsou typy a druhy motivace, vývoj motivačních systému a v neposlední řadě motivační teorie. Dále je zařazeno seznámení s pojmem demotivace a její prevence. Rozbor motivačních nástrojů v podniku Howden ČKD Compressors s.r.o. je uveden v části praktické. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá tím, jak podnik Howden ČKD Compressors s.r.o. motivuje své zaměstnance a jaké k tomu má nastavené motivační programy.

Abstract:

This thesis aims to acquaint you with the concept of motivation and motivational theories. This concept is an essential part of people management and it is used by managers and HR professionals in different societies. It is an integral part of the management of each company, because employees are the most valuable resource of any society. The theoretical part describes the right meaning of the word motivation, as well as a process model of motivation, which and it describes what are the types and kinds of motivation, development motivation system and last but not least, also the motivational theory. Following part deals with familiarization with the concept of demotivation and its prevention. Analysis of motivational tools in the enterprise CKD Howden Compressors Ltd. is presented in the practical part. The practical part deals with how the company CKD Howden Compressors Ltd. motivates their employees and what to do is set up incentive programs.
