Christianity in Japan: Indigenous Movements

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na zdomácnělá hnutí japonského křesťanství. Na začátku vymezím pojmy akulturace, indigenizace a kontextualizace. V další kapitole analyzuji historické okolnosti a sociálně kulturní faktory, které vedly ke vzniku indigenizovaných křesťanských hnutí. V následující části se zaměřuji na konkrétní příklad japonského křesťanství a to na hnutí Mukyokai. V první kapitole, dříve než rozeberu samotné hnutí, se zabývám zakladatelem hnutí. V druhé části pak rozebírám blíže víru, teologii, svátosti a praktiky. V poslední kapitole pak uvádím příklady dalších, méně známých, hnutí.

Abstract:

This work is focused on indigenous movements of Japanese Christianity. At the beginning I define terms acculturation, indigenization and contextualization. In the next chapter I summarize the historical circumstances and socio-cultural factors that led to the creation of indigenous Christian movements. In the following section, I focus on a particular example of Japanese Christianity and that is Mukyokai movement. In the forth charter I analyze the founder of the Mukyokai movement. Then I analyze the Mukyokai movement - faith, theology, sacraments and practices. In the last charter I give examples of other less known movements.
