Bakalářská práce se zabývá právní problematikou ukončení pracovního poměru na dobu neurčitou i určitou ze strany zaměstnavatele. Je zde rozpracovávána problematika jak jednotlivých Zákoníkem práce určených důvodů ke skončení pracovního poměru výpovědí, tak i důvodů pro okamžité rozvázání pracovního poměru. This bachelor work deals with legal problems when terminating permanent and temporary working relations from the side of the employer. Specific issue are elaborated and determined in the Labour code for terminating working relations, by notice as well as with immediate effect.
