Propose Solution for the Capacity Crisis of the Volunteers of the Jeseník Mountain Rescue Service

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na Horskou službu ČR Jeseníky, konkrétně řeší kapacitní krizi jejich dobrovolných členů. Teoretická část se z největší části věnuje problematice Horské služby ČR, mapuje její oblasti, historii, současnost, organizační strukturu nebo například její financování. Zaměřuje se na integrovaný záchranný systém, do kterého Horská služba ČR spadá. Zahrnuje také kapitolu literární rešerše. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na problematiku nedostatku dobrovolných členů Horské služby ČR Jeseníky. V úvodu je více přiblížena Horská služba ČR Jeseníky a také celá oblast Jeseníků. Díky rozhovorům a dotazníkovému šetření byla provedena analýza současného stavu dobrovolných členů Horské služby ČR Jeseníky, následně byly výsledky zhodnoceny a aplikovány v kapitole návrhu řešení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the Mountain Service of the Czech Republic Jeseníky, specifically solves the capacity crisis of their voluntary members. The theoretical part mostly deals with the issue of the Mountain Service of the Czech Republic, maps its area, history, present, organizational structure or financing. It focused on the Integrated rescue system, to which the Mountain Service of the Czech Republic belongs. It also includes a literary research chapter. The practical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the lack of voluntary members of the Mountain Service of the Czech Republic Jeseníky. The introduction part is focusing more on the Mountain Service of the Czech Republic Jeseníky and the whole area of the Jeseníky. Thanks to the interviews and the questionnaire survey, an analysis of the current state of voluntary members of the Jeseníky Mountain Service of the Czech Republic was performed, then the results were evaluated and applied in the chapter of the proposed solution.
