Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmu diagnostika, jako moderní, vysoce hodnocená metoda, posuzující současné i nově přijímané zaměstnance. Jejím cílem je diagnostikovat osobní předpoklady a perspektivy kariérního rozvoje ve firmě.
