Abstract:

Cílem této práce na téma „Stakeholderská analýza podniku“ je analyzovat stávající strategii podniku, provést stakeholderskou analýzu a posoudit její přínosy pro stávající strategii. V první části práce je představeno teoretické pozadí řešeného problému. Jsou zde vysvětleny pojmy jako strategické řízení, strategická analýza, stakeholder, stakeholderská analýza a také metodika tvorby samotné stakeholderské analýzy. V druhé části práce jsou pak tyto poznatky převedeny do praktické podoby v rámci řešení problému v konkrétním podniku. Na základě výsledků této analýzy jsou pak v závěru práce uvedeny návrhy změn ve firemní strategii.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis, entitled „Stakeholder Analysis“, is to evaluate the current company strategy, provide a stakeholder analysis and assess its contribution to the current strategy. In the first part of the thesis the theoretical background of the solved problem is introduced. The concepts as strategic management, strategic analysis, stakeholder, stakeholder analysis are explained together with methodology of the stakeholder analysis. In the second part, these theoretical information are transfered into practical solving of the problem in a concrete company. On the base of outcomes of the analysis, suggestions of changes in the company strategy are introduced.
