Tato práce se zabývá vlivem teploty a izotermních výdrží na smrštení kosti, její fázové složení a krystalinitu kostního minerálu – bioapatitu. Jako materiál byla zvolena recentní kost tura domácího. Byla provedena dilatačne-kontrakční termická analýza a série experimentálních výpalů na 300, 500, 550, 600, 700 a 900 °C se sedmi ruznými dobami izotermní výdrže od 0,75–48 h. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the influence of temperature and soaking on shrinkage and phase composition of bone and crystallinity of main bone mineral – bioapatite. The experiments were conducted on fresh bovine bone. Dilatation-contraction thermal analysis and a series of firings on 300, 500, 550, 600, 700 and 900 °C with soaking between 0,75–48 h were done.
