Abstract:
Po stručném vymezení základních pojmů jsem provedl porovnání postupů Hasičského záchranného sboru podle právní úpravy obsažené v zák.č. 183/2006 Sb., o územním plánování a stavebním řádu, ve znění pozdějších předpisů s předchozí právní úpravou (podle zák.č. 50/1976 Sb., ve vznění pozdějších předpisů).
