Stressful situations from the perspective of the driver in international truck transport

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá stresovými situacemi v dopravě z pohledu řidiče profesionála v mezinárodní kamionové dopravě. Obsahem je teoretické vymezení problematiky stresu, a to se zaměřením na jeho negativní dopady při výkonu profese. Na základě teoretického vymezení tématu práce je následně proveden empirický výzkum, jehož výsledky jsou podkladem pro návrhovou část práce. Obsah bakalářské práce demonstruje aktuálnost řešené problematiky. Předcházení stresovým situacím, či jejich eliminace by měla být jednou z klíčových aktivit dopravců, kteří mají zájem na zvyšování kvality pracovních podmínek svých zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on stressful situations in traffic namely from the view of professional drivers in international road transport. The bachelor thesis has three general parts. First part is the theoretical definition of stress with the focusing on the negative impact on professional drivers during performance of their profession. The second general part (empirical research) was realized on the base of the theoretical part of bachelor thesis. Performed empirical research was output for the last part of bachelor thesis suggesting part. The content of this bachelor thesis demonstrates the necesserity of solved topic. Avoiding of stressful situations and their elimination, should be one of the key activities of managers of road transporters that are responsible for process of improving work conditions quality of their employees.
