Observation of the deflection of the centre of gravity in a pregnant woman in relation to pregnancy stadia

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním odchylky těžiště těhotné ženy ve 28. týdnu těhotenství a ve 34. týdnu těhotenství. Část teoretická se zaobírá stručně anatomií pánve, jejím postavením a anatomií pánevního dna. Dále řeší těžiště těla a problematiku fyziologických změn během těhotenství a korekci stoje. Praktická část práce se zabývá sledováním odchylky těžiště ve stoji u těhotných žen ve 28. týdnu těhotenství. Dále je sledováno pomocí podoskopu s PodoCamem zatížení plosek nohou a změřena míra prohloubení bederní lordózy pomocí olovnice. Po sběru těchto dat dochází ke druhému měření po fyzioterapeutické intervenci, tj. naučení aktivního nesení dítěte. Toto měření je provedeno ještě jednou ve 34. týdnu těhotenství. Výsledky před a po fyzioterapeutické intervenci se následně mezi sebou porovnaly. Měření podstoupily 3 ženy ve věku 25-32 let. Z výsledků vyplývá, že vlivem aktivního nesení dochází k posunu těžiště těla vzad a k pozitivní korekci držení těla. Při spuštění olovnice z tragu a záhlaví došlo u probandek k dorzálnímu posunu ve 28. týdnu těhotenství v rozmezí o 1,7 až 3,4 cm a ve 34. týdnu těhotenství v rozmezí o 3 až 6,1 cm. Při spuštění olovnice z trochanteru a L2 byl posun vzad ve 28. týdnu těhotenství v rozmezí o 0,8 až 3,7 cm a ve 34. týdnu těhotenství v rozmezí o 1,9 až 3,7 cm. Zapojení aktivního nesení se také projevuje snížením zatížení přední části plosky nohy, zejména prstů, a zmenšením míry prohloubení bederní lordózy, konkrétně ve 28. týdnu těhotenství v rozmezí o 0,9 až 1 cm a ve 34. týdnu těhotenství v rozmezí o 1 až 2 cm.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with monitoring the deviation of the centre of gravity of pregnant women at the 28th week of pregnancy and the 34th week of pregnancy. The theoretical part briefly discusses the anatomy of the pelvis, its position, and the anatomy of the pelvic floor. It also addresses the body's centre of gravity and the issues of physiological changes during pregnancy and posture correction. The practical part of the thesis focuses on monitoring the deviation of the centre of gravity in standing pregnant women at the 28th week of pregnancy. Additionally, using a podoscope with PodoCam, the load on the soles of the feet is observed, and the degree of lumbar lordosis is measured using a plumb bob. After collecting this data, a second measurement is conducted after physiotherapeutic intervention, namely, acquiring active baby carrying. This measurement is performed again at the 34th week of pregnancy. The results before and after physiotherapeutic intervention are then compared. Three women aged 25-32 underwent the measurements. The results suggest that active baby carrying leads to a shift of the body's centre of gravity backwards and to a positive correction of the body posture. When releasing the plumb bob from the tragus and occiput, the subjects experienced a dorsal shift at the 28th week of pregnancy ranging from 1.7 to 3.4 cm and at the 34th week of pregnancy ranging from 3 to 6.1 cm. When releasing the plumb bob from the trochanter and L2, the backward shift at the 28th week of pregnancy ranged from 0.8 to 3.7 cm and at the 34th week of pregnancy ranged from 1.9 to 3.7 cm. Active baby carrying also results in reduced load on the front part of the foot, especially the toes, and a decrease in the degree of lumbar lordosis, specifically at the 28th week of pregnancy ranging from 0.9 to 1 cm and at the 34th week of pregnancy ranging from 1 to 2 cm.
