Práce se zabývá obchodováním s lidmi ve světle prvního a jediného rozsudku v případu obchodování za účelem sexuálního vykořisťování, který byl vydán Evropským soudem pro lidská práva. This work deals with human trafficking in the light of the first and the only judgment in the case of trafficking for sexual exploitation, which was issued by the European Court of Human Rights.
