Tato práce předkládá přehled jednotlivých typů pohledávek účastných na insolvenčním řízení podle zák. č. 182/2006 Sb., o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení (insolvenční zákon), ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a následně podává rozbor procesu uplatňování, přezkumu a uspokojování pohledávek v závislosti na typu pohledávky. The thesis provides a summary of different types of the claims involved in bankruptcy (insolvency) proceedings pursuant to the Act No. 182/2006 Coll., on bankruptcy and means of resolution thereof (The Insolvency Act).
