The Activities of Teachers in the Kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je členěna na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou objasňovány pojmy činnost, učitel v mateřské škole, mateřská škola. Intenzivněji je věnována pozornost profesním činnostem učitele v mateřské škole. Praktická část popisuje realizaci dotazníkových šetření, provedených mezi učitelkami mateřských škol a prezentuje jeho výstupy. Průzkumné šetření se týká začínajících učitelek v mateřských školách a učitelek, jejichž praxe je delší než pět let. Dominantním cílem těchto šetření bylo sledování míry vlivu profesních činností obou skupin učitelek v mateřských školách na jejich práci v předškolním vzdělávání a rovněž sledování míry významu, kterou samotné učitelky těmto činnostem přikládají.

Abstract:

The thesis are divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is explaining the concepts of activity, a teacher in a kindergarten, kindergarten. More intensive attention is given to the professional activities of teachers in kindergarten. The practical part describes the implementation of questionnaire investigations, conducted among kindergarten teachers and presents its results. This research covers beginning teachers in kindergartens and teachers whose practice is longer than five years. The dominant objective of the investigation was the monitoring degree of influence of the professional activities of both groups of teachers in kindergartens for their work in pre-school education, as well as monitoring the level of importance that teachers themselves attach to these activities.
