Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout zlepšení podnikových procesů – objednávka a nákup s využitím notace BPMN 2.0 v e-shopu. Diplomová práce se věnuje procesnímu řízení a aplikaci procesního řízení do podnikové praxe. Primárně je práce zaměřena na návrh modelu podnikových procesů. The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose an improvement of business processes – ordering and purchase using the BPMN 2.0 notation in the e-shop. The diploma thesis deals with process management and application of process management into company practice. Primarily, the work is focused on the design of the business processes model.
