Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou elektronické fakturace. Cílem bylo zmapovat stav implementace elektronické fakturace prostřednictví dat Českého statistického úřadu a dále provedení ilustrativního výpočtu možných úspor při zavedení elektronické fakturace. V teoretické části jsou obsaženy jak legislativní, tak technické požadavky na zavedení elektronické fakturace. Ze zpracovaných dat pak vychází, že v České republice tvoří podíl elektronických faktur na celkovém počtu zaslaných faktur kolem 4 %. Dle ilustrativního výpočtu by pak zavedení elektronické fakturace ušetřilo 81,1 % nákladů na přijatou fakturu a 66 % nákladů na vystavení faktury.

Abstract:

This thesis is dealing with the issue of electronic invoicing. The aim was to map the state of implementation of electronic invoicing using data from the Czech Statistical Office and to perform an illustrative calculation of possible cost savings from the implementation of electronic invoicing. The theoretical part contains both legislative and technical requirements for the implementation of electronic invoicing. The processed data show that in the Czech Republic the share of electronic invoices in the total number of sent invoices is around 4 %. According to an illustrative calculation, the implementation of electronic invoicing would save 81.1% of the cost of received invoice and 66% of the cost of invoice issued.
