Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku adaptace oka na tmu a na světlo, její poruchy a principy vyšetřování. Kvůli lepšímu pochopení adaptace oka je v první kapitole stručně popsána anatomie sítnice a biochemie vidění. Další část je věnována samotné adaptaci a onemocněním, která souvisí s poruchami adaptace. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou popsány možnosti vyšetřování adaptace a praktické využití tohoto vyšetření u řidičů.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the issue of eye adaptation to darkness and light, its disorders and principles of examination. The first chapter of this thesis briefly describes the anatomy of the retina and biochemistry of vision, in order to better understanding of the adaptation of the eye. Another part of the thesis is devoted to the adaptation itself and the disease related to the adaptation disorders. At the end of the bachelor thesis there are described possibilities of examination of adaptation and practical use of examination of adaptation of drivers.
