Study of harmful substances in grapes, musts and wines from vineyards along variously loaded roads
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na srovnání obsahu 17 těžkých kovů pocházejících z dopravy v hroznech a následných produktech z vinice poblíž dopravně zatížené komunikace a referenční, dopravně nezatížené lokality. Analýza je prováděna v 6 fázích zpracování hroznů pomocí instrumentální metody hmotnostní spektro-metrie s indukčně vázaným plazmatem.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of the content of 17 heavy metals with the transport origin in the grapes and the follow-up products from the vineyard near the traffic-loaded road and the reference one from traffic-unloaded locality. The analysis is carried out in 6 stages of grape processing using ICP-MS (mass spectrometry).
