Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením platné právní úpravy institutu použití agenta v českém právním řádu a zdůrazňuje ty aspekty právní úpravy, které mohou být z hlediska použití tohoto operativně pátracího prostředku problematické. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the valid legal regulation of the undercover agent in the Czech legal order and emphasizes those aspects of the legal regulation that can be problematic in terms of use of this operational and searching mean.
