Tato diplomová práce popisuje základní pojmy a jevy, které mají vztah k duševní hygieně. V teoretické části se zabývá duševní hygienou, problematikou stresu a pracovního stresu, jeho zdroji, projevy a metodami zvládání. This thesis describes the basic concepts and phenomena, that are related to mental hygiene. The theoretical part deals with mental hygiene, problems of stress and work-related stress, its sources, manifestations and coping methods.
