The influence of remuneration systems on employee performance, comparisons between selected companies
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem systémů odměňování na výkonnost zaměstnanců. V analytické části jsou představeny společnosti EG a AC (obě firmy si nepřály být jmenovány, proto ve své bakalářské práci použiji toto označení), mezi kterými je provedena komparace.
Abstract:
The bachelor theases is focusing on influence of remuneration of employees. In analytical part are introduced companies EG and AC (both companies did not wanted to be named hence why, I will use this abbreviation for purpose of my bachelor thesis), between which will be done the comparision.
