Rights in rem and their protection
Abstract:
Věcná práva a jejich ochrana, práci jsem rozdělil do tří kapitol, kde jsem v první kapitole čtenáře seznámil s pojmem věcných práv a pomocí jednoduché tabulky vysvětlil jak se rozdělují. Ve druhé kapitole jsem se věnoval věcným právům k věcem vlastním a ve třetí kapitole naopak k věcným právům k věcem cizím.
Abstract:
Rights in rem and their protection. I divided the work into three chapters, where in the first chapter I introduced the reader to the concept of rights in rem and explained how they are divided using a simple table. In the second chapter, I focused on rights in rem to own things, and in the third chapter, on the contrary, on rights in rem to other people's things.
