Tato diplomová práce se zabývá založením soukromé lékárny a jejím následným provozem. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza nastrojů komunikacni strategie lékárny, stanovit uspesnost komunikační strategie společnosti a následně provést analýzu mikroprostredi, mezoprostředí a makroprostredi. This thesis deals with the establishment and subsequent operation of a private pharmacy.
