Abstract:
Předkládaná magisterská práce se věnuje interakci brassinosteroidní signální dráhy a modrého světla v růstu a vývoji rostlin. V teoretické části jsou popsány rostlinné hormony brassinosteroidy, fotoreceptory, interakce brassinosteroidní a světelné signální dráhy a mutantnírostliny rajčete. Presented Master´s thesis studies interaction between brassinosteroid and blue light signalling during growth and development of plants.
