Magisterská práce se zabývá tématem vzájemného vztahu mezi kulturní heterogenitou třídy a převládajícím klimatem v těchto typech tříd. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny stěžejní pojmy práce – třídní klima a jeho aktéři, heterogenita, kulturní heterogenita a multikulturní třídy.
