Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je řízení nákladů v konkrétní společnosti. Teoretická část je věnována definicí nákladů, jejich členění a jsou zde popsány metody řízení nákladů. Praktická část se zabývá ekonomickou situací podniku, kde pomocí analýzy řízení nákladů zhodnocuje aktuální situaci.
