Diplomová práce je obecným exkurzem do světa zdanění v jednotném vnitřním trhu Evropské Unie na příkladu německého daňového systému. V šesti kapitolách se člení na tři části. Úvodem vymezuje kontext jednotného vnitřního trhu a rozebírá čtyři svobody v podobě volného pohybu zboží, služeb, osob a kapitálu. The thesis is a general excursion into the world of taxation in the single internal market of the European Union, especially in the field of the German tax system, which is its part.
