Distribution of Li-bearing granitic pegmatites in the southern Bohemia region

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci jsou popsány Li-pegmatity v geograficky vymezeném prostoru jižních Čech. Jedná se o soupis, klasifikaci a lokalizaci těchto těles v terénu a určení vztahu k prostředí regionálních geologických jednotek. Lokalizace Li-pegmatitů je rozdělena do šesti oblastí výskytu v rámci jižních Čech: Lhenice-Nová Ves, Černá v Pošumaví, Dolní Třebonín, Rudolfov, Soběslav a Písek. Jednotlivé výskyty jsou zmapovány v terénu, změřeny jejich GPS koordináty a jsou popsány jejich geologické a mineralogické charakteristiky, kterými se mezi sebou vzájemně odlišují. Je zde provedena lokalizace jednotlivých těles podle klasifikace rozlišení na lepidolitové, elbaitové a petalitové pegmatity, z kterých vyplývají souvislosti výskytu v návaznosti na geochemické složení pegmatitových těles. Tato lokalizace je interpretována v mapce, která naznačuje určitou souvislost a pravidelnost výskytů jednotlivých typů Li-pegmatitů, včetně možné predispozice výskytu dalších nových těles v této oblasti.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis, Li-pegmatites are described in geographicaly defined area of south Bohemia. There is an inventory, classification and localisation of these bodies in the terrain and designation of relationship to regional geological units. Localisation of Li-pegmatites is divided into six areas of occurence in the region of south Bohemia: Lhenice-Nová Ves, Černá v Pošumaví, Dolní Třebonín, Rudolfov, Soběslav and Písek. A particular occurence is mapped in the terrain, GPS coordinates are measured and their geological and mineralogical characterictics, are described. The localisation of particular bodies is performed due to classification of lepidolite,elbaite and petalite pegmatites, from which a link of occurrence conected to a geochemical composition of pegmatites bodies results. This localisation is interpreted in a map that suggest some regularity in the distribution of pegmatites based on Li-pegmatite types, including possible predisposition of new pegmatite bodies in this area.
