Abstract:

Cílem práce je poukázat na důležitost a neopakovatelnost místa trestného činu. Jeho možného zařazení do skupin s rozdílnými vlastnostmi a tím i přístupem při vyhledávání, zviditelňování, dokumentování a zajištění stop. Uvědomění si, že vlivem různých druhů prostředí je nutné využit různých způsobů při vyhledání a dokumentaci stop. Zaměřit se na málo využívané stopy, přesněji na zajišťování entomologického hmyzu na místech činu. Výše popsané porovnat se zažitou praxí kriminalistické techniky.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to point out the importance and uniqueness of a crime scene. There is evaluated the possible inclusion of a crime scene into several groups with different characteristics that correspond with different approach to search, publicize, detect and track the traces of a crime scene. The thesis shows that diverse kinds of an environment are to be used for traces retrieval and documentation. Further, it is focused to show the less used traces, more specifically to show the way of securing entomological insects at the crime scenes. Last but not least, this thesis compares the new and described findings with the current practice of forensic techniques.
