Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje problematiku polymorfismů DNA u člověka s důrazem na jejich detekci a praktické využití. Polymorfismy jsou genetické rozdíly na úrovni DNA nacházející se v lidském genomu. V současné době jsou stále více využívané ve výzkumu vzniku nemocí, farmakogenetice a prenatální diagnostice. This bachelor´s thesis summarizes human DNA polymorphisms, their detection and potential practical use. Polymorphisms are genetic differences in human genome. Nowadays, they are more and more used in disease development research, pharmacogenetics and prenatal diagnostics.
