Abstract:

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je popis v současnosti používaných metod anonymizace klinických dat s krátkým vhledem do anonymizace genomických dat. Práce se z velké části věnuje popisu procesu anonymizace s využitím metody k-anonymity a následně popisu využitelných metrik ztráty informace či stanovování rizika re-identifikace. Výstupem této práce je pak popis tří vybraných veřejně dostupných datových sad a zhodnocení jejich anonymity a návrh nástroje pro vytvoření a následnou anonymizaci datových sad v prostředí standardizovaného strukturovaného dotazovacího jazyka SQL, který je následně využit k vytvoření deseti vlastních datových sad vycházejících z listu o prohlídce zemřelého.

Abstract:

The content of this bachelor's thesis is a description of currently used methods of clinical data anonymization with a brief overview of genomic data anonymization. The work is largely devoted to the description of the anonymization process using k-anonymity methods and subsequently to the description of usable metrics of information loss or determining the risk of re-identification. The output of the work is a description of three selected publicly available datasets and an evaluation of their anonymity and a design of tools for the creation and subsequent anonymization of data sets in the environment of the standardized structured query language SQL, which is then subsequently used to create ten datasets obtained from the examination sheet of the deceased.
