The Design of Low-Power Industry Transformer

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na celkový návrh průmyslového transformátoru malého výkonu. Je zde proveden kompletní elektromagnetický výpočet, podle kterého je poté transformátor vyroben a je na něm provedena typová zkouška dle ČSN EN 68551-1 ed. 2. Dále jsou hodnoty získané touto zkouškou porovnány s hodnotami vypočtenými, je provedeno zhodnocení a v závěru práce je diskutována možná změna rozměrů magnetického obvodu a následný dopad na účinnost a oteplení magnetického obvodu transformátoru.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on design of a low power industrial transformer. There is a komplete electromagnetic calculation, according to which the transformer is then manufactured and then a type test is carried out according to the standard ČSN EN 68551-1. Further, the values obtained by this test are compared with the calculated values, an evaluation is performed and at the end of the thesis a possible change in the dimensions of the magnetic circuit and the subsequent impact on the efficiency and warming of the magnetic circuit are discussed.
