Abstract:
Předkládaná práce je věnována návrhu optimalizace organizační struktury činností v oblasti provozně-ekonomické a personálně-správní, a to ve vztahu rektorátních pracovišť, tak ve vztahu k fakultám, vysokoškolským ústavům a nefakultním součástem VUT v Brně.
Abstract:
This thesis proposes the optimization of organizational structure of activities concerned with operational and financial as well as personnel and administrative issues; both in relation to rector´s office departments and also to the faculties, institutes and other departments of Brno Univerzity of Technology.
