Sensitivity of X-ray for pelvic fractures

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci s názvem „Senzitivita rentgenového snímku při hodnocení poranění pánve“ jsem se zabývala hodnocením senzitivity rentgenových snímků, při použití výpočetní tomografie jako referenční metody. Obsah své práce jsem rozdělila na dvě samostatné části a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretickou část jsem zaměřila na popis anatomie pánevních kostí, kosti křížové a pánevních vazů. Dále jsem zde popsala traumatologii pánve a diagnostiku poranění pánevního kruhu. V druhé (praktické) části jsem se věnovala vlastnímu hodnocení senzitivity snímků, typům odchylek v popisech a četnosti výskytu poranění jednotlivých pánevních kostí a kosti křížové.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis titled "The Sensitivity of the X-ray Image in the Assessment of Pelvic Injuries" I evaluated the sensitivity of X-ray images using computed tomography as the reference method. The content of my work is divided into two separated parts, to the theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the anatomy of pelvic bones, sacrum and pelvic ligaments. Furthermore, I have described pelvic trauma and diagnosis of pelvic ring injuries. In the second (practical) part I devoted to the proper evaluation of the sensitivity of images, types of divergences in the descriptions and to the frequency of injuries of individual pelvic bones and sacrum.
