Elicitor je látka vyvolávajúca obrannú reakciu v rastlinách. Elicitíny,skupina elicitorov, sú malé hydrofilné proteíny bohaté na cysteín vylučované mnohými druhmi mikroorganizmov z rodu Phytophthora ako produkty avirulentných génov. Phytophtora je známy rod pre fytopatológov, zástupcovia tohto rodu zapríčiňujú rôzne patogénne ochorenia a následne veľké škody na úrode poľnohospodársky významných plodín …more
Abstract:
Elicitor is a substance, which triggers defence response in plants. Elicitins, family of elicitors, are small hydrophilous proteins, which are secreted by many races of mikroorganisms from genus Phytophthora like products of avirulence genes.
