Abstract:

Absolventská práce shrnuje historii katastru nemovitostí, řeší základní pojmy katastru nemovitostí, upřesňuje zápis práv do katastru nemovitostí, také se zabývá zeměměřictvím, digitalizací katastrálních map, daní z nemovitostí nebo Registrem územní identifikace, adres a nemovitostí. Dále se zmiňuje obecně o katastrálním úřadu a blíže popisuje fungování Katastrálního úřadu pro Jihomoravský kraj.

Abstract:

Graduate work push off history of cadaster, adresses the fundamental concepts of cadaster, specifying the registration rights into the cadaster, also it apply to surveying, digitalization cadastral maps, property tax or Registry of teritorial identification, adresses and real estate. Further it broadly mention about the land registry office and describes details about the workings land registry office for the South Moravian country.
