Teoretická část bakalářské práce objasňuje pojmy stavebně technický a stavebně historický průzkum, nástroje předprojektové a projektové přípravy stavební obnovy památek, věnuje se okrajově architektuře přelomu dvacátého století a podrobněji portrétu stavitele posuzovaného objektu. The theoretical part of this thesis explains primary meaning of an operative research and documentation of historic buildings, as well as a structural-technical survey and pre-project preparation of the historical buildings´ renovation.
