Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Analýza ocenění v exekučním řízení“ se zabývá obchodovatelností s nemovitými věcmi na trhu a analýzou trhu nemovitých věcí, které byly prostřednictvím exekuční dražby vydraženy. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části vysvětluji zejména proces exekučního řízení, metody ocenění a jednotlivé ceny v ocenění, které jsou použity ve znaleckých posudcích vypracovaných pro exekuční řízení. V praktické části popisuji a provádím analýzu trhu, jak funguje trh u jednotlivých typů zejména rezidenčních nemovitých věcí a na jakých faktorech záleží.

Abstract:

Thesis „Analysis of the Valuation in Enforcement Proceedings“ merchantability deals with real things in the market and market analysis immovables that were auctioned through enforcement of the auction. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part of this thesis I explain the enforcement proceedings, methods of valuation and specific prices, which are used in the expert reports prepared for the enforcement proceedings. In the practical part I describe and perform market analysis. I deal with the function of the market for ea ch particular type of residential immovable assets and what factors matter.
