Limitation of damages according to Commercial Code
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na možnosti limitace náhrady škody v obchodněprávních vztazích, která nás seznámí s pojmy odpovědnost za škodu, vznik škody, rozsah a způsob náhrady škody, smluvní pokuta, přiměřená výše limitace. Dále se práce zabývá pohledem na právní úpravu náhrady škody podle obchodního zákoníku a nového občanského zákoníku.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on limitation of damages according to Commercial Code,which introduces us with terms lability for damage, origin of damage, extent and the method of compensation damage, contractual penalty, adequate amount limitation. Furthemore the bachelor thesis deal the view of legislativ compensation for damage according to Commercial Code and The new Civil Code.
