Abstract:
Práce se zabývá analýzou obsahu reziduí léčiv v čistírenských kalech, konkrétně se jedná o vybranou skupinu analgetik. Rezidua analgetik (ibuprofenu), byly stanoveny v odebraných vzorcích přítoku, odtoku a aktivovaného kalu a následně analyzovány pomocí SPE extrakce a LCMS metody. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the analysis of medicaments residues in sewage sludge specifically a selected group of analgesics. The analgesic residues (ibuprofen) were determined in the taken inflow, outflow and activated sludge samples and subsequently analyzed by SPE extraction and LCMS method.
