Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a prakticko – aplikační. První část se věnuje popisu sexuálního deliktu. Kromě obecné charakteristiky trestných činů zde najdeme bližší popis trestného činu znásilnění, na něž je tato práce zaměřená. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical application. The first part describes sexual offense. In addition to the general characteristics of the crime, we can find a more detailed description of the crime of rape, for which this work is focused.
