Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem předběžného opatření, které představuje zajišťovací institut, kterým soud na návrh účastníka dočasně upravuje poměry. Dále se diplomová práce zabývá otázky škody a jiné újmy způsobené nařízením předběžného opatření, komparací žaloby z rušené držby a předběžného opatření a na závěr komparací zahraniční právní úpravy předběžného opatření.

This thesis deals with the topic of interim measures, which is a protective institute by which the court temporarily regulates the circumstances of a party on its application.
