Tématem této diplomové práce jsou subjekty územní samosprávy jakožto subjekty majetkové. Práce nejprve pojednává o problematice právního postavení územních samosprávných celků v českém právním řádu a o obecném institutu vlastnictví, se zvláštním zaměřením na veřejné vlastnictví.
